Sandro Licursi, present owner of CCSI GROUP Inc., incorporated since July of 2005,
providing project management and service warranty solutions and support services
providing complete project coordination for developers. Responsible for the
implementation and daily operational support phases to ensure compliance with industry
standards, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction levels ensuring compliance
failures are addressed and resolved on a timely basis. Sandro also served as Global Service Account Manager for S.I.T.A. a global communications and computer services

network dedicated to the air transport industry
responsible for 212 sites globally, providing train-the-trainer programs for the different
satellite sites worldwide. Travelled extensively to South and Central America and Europe
on a global scale. He also speaks French, Spanish, Italian and
Albanian.
Mr. Licursi brings with him over 15 years of experience in Project Management and
Customer Service operations.
Mr. Licursi holds a Computer Technology Degree from the Institute of Technology
Control Data Institute in Montreal, Canada and many other Professional accredited
certifications in Business and Project Management disciplines – i.e. AMA (American
Management Association), (Learning Tree International).
"The reason I joined CERT was that I wanted to make a difference where someone or something needs help in my community and beyond. I view my immediate neighborhood as extended family. With that said, I feel if people never help each other and only care about themselves, the world becomes a crueler, sadder place. But through my volunteering I can be a solution with a focused goal through the CERT program making our planet a better, happier and safer place where the community can work, strive and live in a safer community together."
